My Favorites

My Favorites allows users to personalize the Governance Portal based on their individual responsibilities and activities. Similar to a web browser, users can easily create links to frequently visited areas within the Governance Portal, providing them quick access to information that is important to them. For example, a project manager may create a search to locate all findings that do not contain a management response. Since the manager runs this search regularly during a project, it would be beneficial for the manager to create and save this search as a link in My Favorites. This search is quickly executed via the link in the My Favorites section in the left navigation pane. The My Favorites functionality also provides the user with an opportunity to manage and organize these links through the creation of folders.

Note: Links to external resources outside of the Governance Portal can not be created in My Favorites.
