Quick Reports

Quick reports allow a user to create and view a customized reports from various locations within the Governance Portal. Users can access quick reports by clicking the Quick Report link on a Risk Event Category, RCM, Risk, Objective, Incident or Impact form.

Quick reports do not require additional filtering by the user. The report is automatically filtered by the object where the link was selected. For instance, if you clicked the Quick Reports link from the attributes of the ABC Co. organization, the report would filter the data so that only ABC Co. information was displayed.

One practical example for a project team would be an accounts payable questionnaire that asks risk owners to identify the impact of external factors (e.g. interest rate increases, new regulation, etc.) on their risk assessment. A report can be constructed to reflect responses to the questionnaire as they pertain to a particular organizational unit, risk event category, and or process.

Another example is a scorecard that summarizes the risk assessments performed in child organizational units for a given risk event category.

Notes:

  • The quick reports link must be configured to display on the attributes form for the object. For information on adding the Quick Report link, see Configure a form.
  • The Quick Reports link within a Risk Event Category form will only appear if a risk event category is linked to a risk in the appropriate RCM.

Note: The Quick Reports link within a Risk Event Category form will only appear if a risk event category is linked to a risk in the appropriate RCM.
