The Project & Events model enables you to catalog one time efforts and occurrences that impact the entity.
A project is a discrete corporate initiative with a definitive start and end and concludes in a deliverable. Project examples include:
An event is a planned, unplanned or regulatory occurrence that must be managed. Event examples include:
Projects & events typically have a set of objectives, risks and controls that need to be managed, and potentially documented, self assessed and/or incorporated into an internal project. You are allowed to capture documentation as well as perform a risk and control matrix analysis for a Project/Event. From the entity hierarchy you can add projects and events and link them to organizations, processes, IT applications, and custom entities, as well as add and build out RCMs within a project and event.

View Project and Event
Double-click the project and event you wish to view or right-click and select View Object. The project and event attributes page will appear in the window on the right-hand side of the screen.
