Managing Indicator Measurements

On a periodic basis, users will score (measure) assigned indicators for a select object and provide comments as necessary. Project teams determine who scores what and how often during the indicator setup process. When an accurate measurement for the select period is documented in the Governance Portal, the indicator measurement may be locked; preventing any changes to the measurement for the select period. Only users in the admin role may unlock a measurement. Locking the indicator may also generate a new measurement period based on the setup established by the project team.
