Custom Calculations/Extensions

Custom calculation extensions enable you to configure calculated fields in order to execute custom database scripts in the Governance Portal. While calculated fields provide the ability to update a single field based on a specific value of another field or fields, extensions can utilize custom database scripts to update fields with multiple values derived from complex calculations. Extensions can execute any type of custom database script, enabling you to connect to systems and update them, deploy surveys, send reports and more according to a configured calculated field event.

Note: Custom extensions are not standard in the Governance Portal application. They are created and implemented on an as-needed basis upon request from the client for an additional fee. For more information contact RTS Technical Support.
