Content for entities (organizations, processes, IT applications, projects and events, custom entities) can be easily created and managed in the Governance Portal by the administrator via the RCM content utility. By utilizing an Excel spreadsheet, the administrator can easily mass upload, update, delete and move information including:

To facilitate initial Portal setup, content may be entered directly into the RCM content utility. This aids importing data that is housed elsewhere and expedites the population process. Risk matrix objects (e.g. objectives, risks etc.) can be created and linkages between these objects may be established within the utility.
The RCM content utility also facilitates the ongoing maintenance of existing RCM data within the Governance Portal. Existing data can be moved, modified or deleted in mass streamlining the change management process. The Admin utilizes a set of standard system searches to facilitate updating, deleting and moving content. Once the search has been executed, the results are downloaded to a spreadsheet. Once the new content has been added, and existing content has been updated, moved or deleted, the administrator will upload the utility to the Governance Portal to apply the changes.
