The time and expense section enables auditors to track time and expenses across audits and activities. Non-audit related projects can be created so auditors can include time and expenses that are not directly related to an audit or activity. Once a time or expense report is finished, auditors can submit the report to their supervisor or audit manager. Further changes cannot be made to the report once it is submitted. The time report dashboard allows audit managers to view detailed reports regarding planned, assigned and actual hours by audit or auditor. The expense report dashboard allows audit managers to view detailed reports regarding planned and actual expenses by audit or auditors. Audit managers can then use this time and expense data to adjust their audit schedules if time or expense variances exist.
Note: The administrator determines the duration of the report period, non-audit related projects and what information is required.
