Manage Folders in the Project Hierarchy

1. Access the Project Hierarchy.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Projects tab.
   3. Select All Projects from the Scheduling group.

      

   

2. Right-click the root folder i.e. Project.
   1. Add Folder: Add a new folder within the Project Hierarchy. Press the Enter key when done.
   2. Add: This is a fly menu. Hover your mouse cursor over the Add option and select Project to add a project.
   3. Move Project: Select this option if you wish to add existing projects to a folder. You will be presented with project hierarchy upon selecting this option. Select the projects you wish to move to the folder and click Move. See Move Projects within Project Hierarchy for more information.
   4. Refresh: Select this option to refresh the project hierarchy.
3. Right-click the normal folders added under the Audit folder to get access to the following options:

   

   1. Search: This is a fly menu. Hover your mouse over it to see the following sub-menu options:
   • New Search: Create a new search for a specific folder. The search will return result for that particular folder.
   • Manage Search: Select this option to manage searches for a folder. You can edit, delete, move, or share searches within folders. See Manage Searches for more information.
   1. Folder Permission: Select this option to assign users or user groups to a particular role via the Role Assignment screen at entity level. See Manage Folder Permissions in Project Hierarchy for more information.
   2. Add: This is a fly menu. Hover your mouse cursor over the Add option and select Project to add a project.
   3. Rename Folder: Select this option to rename the folder.
   4. Move Project: Select this option if you wish to add existing projects to a folder. You will be presented with project hierarchy upon selecting this option. Select the projects you wish to move to the folder and click Move. See Move Projects within Project Hierarchy for more information.
   5. Delete Folder: Select this option to delete the folder.
   6. Refresh: Select this option to refresh the project hierarchy for any changes.
