Establish Project Profile Role

Project Profile roles are created like any other role in the system, but are then designated as a Profile role that can be mapped to Project Content roles through the Project Team tab. If this step is not performed, there is no way to map them to the Project Content roles.

To establish a role as an IA Profile role:

  1. Add a New Role to be used as the Project Profile role.
  2. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
  3. Click the Projects tab.
  4. Select Default Role Assignment under the User and Roles group.

  5. Click Add next to the Project Profile Role List.

  6. Mark the checkbox next to the role you wish to add as a Project Profile Role.
  7. Click Save.
