Delete a User Group from a Role

1. Access the Role Search.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Administration tab.
   3. Select Role Management from the Security group.

      

2. Enter the role name and click Search or click Show All.

   Note: Typing in the role name will limit results to only roles containing the text entered. Clicking Show All will allow you to scroll through all roles contained in the Governance Portal.

3. Click the role name.
4. Click Link in the Roles section.
5. Clear the role name check box next to the user you wish to remove.
6. Click Save.
