Report - The Project Report Deliverable

The final project report is the culmination of the project work and provides the client with a project summary, findings and recommendations. The report may include the project objectives, scope of work, findings and observations, recommendations etc. To facilitate the collation of this information which has been documented in the IA Portal throughout the project process, the project team may utilize the Project Report Deliverable. This is a dynamic report available within the Governance Portal that automatically collects key information that has been entered into the Governance Portal. This report may then be exported and the information can be copied into a Word or PowerPoint format for review, editing and ultimately provided to the client. The final report should be attached to the Project Report work paper within the project.

Note: The Project Report Deliverable is generated through the Crystal reporting engine, and is frequently customized to match each client’s existing project report template. Clients familiar with Crystal reports can customize the .rtf file and related reporting views on their own. Clients also frequently request custom development of this report through Protiviti.
