Note: By default, the attachments are arranged in reverse chronological order (i.e. the files you uploaded last display on top, followed by the files you uploaded later).
Perform the following steps to sort the attachment list in chronological order:
Right-click the root-level folder you wish to sort from the attachment list, select Sort By and click Date from the Sort By sub-menu.
Note: Sorting only occurs for folders at the root level. Sub-folders cannot be sorted individually.
Attachments are displayed in a chronological order by:
Folders: Folders display on top of the attachment list.
Checked-Out files: The files that are currently checked out to you.
Other attachments: The attachments that do not belong to either of the categories above.
Note: Perform the steps above again to sort the list in reverse chronological order.
Note: You may see files that are checked out to others. However, your ability to access and update these files depends upon your role and the permissions granted to you in the Governance Portal. Please contact your administrator for more information.
