System/User notifications are sent out when a specific change is made to a user account within the system. By default, these emails are sent to an intended user. However, you can also include other recipients by adding their role in the template. There are three types of user based notifications:

The notification information has been pre-populated from the notification template for the selected object. However, you still have the option of customizing the information, including recipients, sender email, subject, body text, and footer.
